When you call or email Jackson Fitness Family, you give us your name and your contact information. When you train with us, we keep notes on your sessions — programming, weights lifted, conversations relevant to your coaching. That's it.

This website does not run analytics that personally identify you. There are no advertising trackers, no Facebook pixel, no third-party retargeting cookies. The site does not collect form submissions because the site does not run a contact form — you call or email Javan directly.

Your information is used to coach you. We will never sell it, rent it, or share it with any third party. We will never use your story or photo for marketing without asking you first, in person, with the specific use in mind.

You can ask Javan at any time what we have on you, what we do with it, and to delete all of it. Email jjavan210@gmail.com or call (812) 266-4267.
