The 1:1

JFF original

One coach. One lifter. One room. No distractions, no group dynamic, no waiting for someone else's set to finish. The 1:1 is what Jackson Fitness Family was built around. We open with the mental check-in — five honest minutes about how your week landed on you. Then we put the weight up. Sessions are programmed individually around your body, your sport, your sleep, your real life — not a generic template I copied off another trainer's Instagram. You get every minute of my attention because the room is built that way on purpose. This is the program for the person who has decided privately that they're done waiting.

The Pair

JFF original

Two clients, one coach, one room. Bring a spouse, a sibling, a best friend, your kid who's 16 and old enough to lift, your business partner. The Pair is the program when you know the accountability has to come from someone outside yourself. We program for both of you individually — but you train side by side, in the same hour, with the same coach watching every rep. The honest truth is that two people who train together stick longer than two people who try alone. The math is on our side.

30-Day Onramp

JFF original

A full month of supervised sessions to teach your body that showing up is a habit, not a feeling. The 30-Day Onramp is for the person who has never trained with a coach before — or who has tried before and quit before week three. We move slow on purpose. We teach the squat, the hinge, the press, the pull, the carry. We build the boring habit of walking through the door at the same time on the same days. By day 30, the body has stopped fighting the schedule. That is the real prize.

Standing program
04

1-on-1 Personal Training

The standing version of 1:1 work — for the lifter who is ready for an ongoing weekly rhythm. Two to four sessions a week, individually programmed, with check-ins between sessions. We periodize the year around what you actually have going on. We adjust when life happens. We do not pretend life doesn't happen.

Small groups
05

Group Training

Small group training — three to five lifters max, never the chaotic gym-class energy. Programming is shared but coaching attention rotates. The room sets the pace, the coach sets the standard, you set the intention. Good for people who pull energy from being around others and would rather not train alone.

Remote
06

Online Coaching

For when you live outside Evansville, travel often, or can only afford to put the savings into programming and not into a session-by-session rate. You get a programmed week, video form review on every new lift, written check-ins on a cadence we set together, and the same mental-first philosophy that the in-person room runs on. Different room — same coach.

Habits over diets
07

Nutrition Planning

Real food, your kitchen, your grocery store. I will not put you on a meal plan you'll hate by Friday. We build the habit of eating like the person you're becoming — gradually, on purpose, with room for the meal out on Saturday. Protein floor. Vegetable floor. Water floor. The rest is a conversation, not a list of forbidden foods.

Specialty
08

Competition Prep

Whether the day is a bodybuilding stage, a powerlifting platform, a first 5K, or a high-school tryout — we periodize backwards from the date. Peaking is its own science. We do it carefully, and we do it without crashing the rest of your life.

Athletic
09

Sports-Specific Training

Built for your sport. Not generic conditioning, not bro-split filler. We figure out what your sport actually demands — the speed, the change of direction, the contact, the endurance window — and we train the body to be ready for it. Off-season is where the season is won.

Ages 16+
10

Youth Training

For the 16-to-22 year old learning movement for the first time. We move with patience, build movement literacy that lasts for life, and never confuse a teenager with a small adult. Confidence is the curriculum. The lifts are how we teach it.

Long arc
11

Transformation Programs

The body is the side effect of who you become. This is the program for the person whose number one goal is the long arc — six months, a year, two years of patient, honest, weekly work. There is no end date because there is no finish line. There is only the next chapter.

Not sure which one fits?

Most people don't, on their first call. That's what the first call is for. Tell me about your week, your body, your last attempt — we'll figure out the right room together.
